Got up had my usual coffee and juice. Mid-morning, wanting a snack I grabbed an apple and ate it all up.

So far, so good. Right?

Except I’m still hungry. And there’s cake in the kitchen.

Oh no.  Don’t tell me that she had a piece of cake, too.

Yepper. Healthy eating day, shot all to hell. May as well futz it up good today and start anew tomorrow.
