I’ve simplified my life as the years have gone by. My career is scaled back and I work out of my home while being a caregiver to my elderly mother. I’m married and I have two children and recently became a new grandmother in September 2007.

I live in Tennessee now but also have a home in Asheville, NC. I’ve been on computers since 1978 when a computer was the size of a room and we fed it information. Everything I’ve done since then has involved sitting in front of a computer in a call center in charge of distributing calls to associates and keeping the work flow going smoothly.  Scheduling and Staffing.

I began keeping a public weblog in March 2002 and have met many wonderful people along the way that also maintain a weblog. The original  Susan*Jayne began at Blogger and is still there with loads of memories I cherish and I continue to update it.

This WordPress website has become a place for my thoughts that are mostly health related so I don’t promote it but am always thrilled when someone comes to visit.

I Quit Smoking August 2008.  Any advice or suggestions about maintaining this will be appreciated.
